Why online coaching rather than in-person?
Online coaching offers a more effective means of coaching for the following reasons: it's far cheaper you work on your own time & build independence. By always relying on a physical coach, we tend to quit if the coach isn't present with us. This is not a healthy habit when it comes to long-term training.

Everything will be covered: nutrition, supplements, workouts- everything that would aid in your transformation.
What are the refund terms?
Legal disclaimer for refund terms: As you've read/ seen multiple times- I offer a full refund in the case that your results are not good and it's my fault for being a bad coach/ not replying/ any reason where the fault is on me. In case the fault is on you not following plans/ not replying/ not texting me/ quitting/ not doing check-ins then the refund is not applicable. Any means where responsibility falls upon the client, the refund does not apply. I am not liable to follow up on clients that are unresponsive, the responsibility falls upon the client to reach out to me in case of any type of need. A refund is invalid if it’s being asked for after the coaching service is cancelled and the account has been closed, as the account is closed after it’s been agreed that the coaching will be cancelled (rather than refunded). Therefore, you cannot claim a refund after the coaching period has ended as it is unfair to me. Similarly for bundles the refund is only applicable once the coaching term has ended, as once the coaching ends we will discuss your results and see if the refund is applicable. So make sure when you're filling out the application form you answer every question truthfully and in as much depth as possible. As soon as I reach XX new clients monthly, I close down the offer until the next month; this ensures I can provide quality coaching- so act fast. If you're not picked out this month, your application might be selected next month. In case you don't get selected over a 2 month period, feel free to apply again as there might be a chance you are taken on.
